Individuals who work with and have studied the various energy centers -or chakras- of the human body know that each chakra
center responds positivly to certain musical frequencies or notes. That's one reason why music makes us feel so good. The vibration
of the notes can actually give us an energy boost. Native American Flute Meditations is a set of seven CD's.Each CD is a one hour
musical relaxation / meditation recording. This series is different from most chakra balancing CD's in that it focuses on the Native
American Flute. As a flute maker, I was able to make my own flutes in the key which corresponds to each of the seven major chakras.
I then recorded a one hour meditation using the appropriate flute. A singing bowl-type drone holds the pitch for each chakra through out
the entire recording. Energy workers and massage therapists can choose from a 60, 45, 30, or 15 minute session. A light drum beat comes
in 5 minutes before the CD ends, signaling them to the close of the session.
